My name is Raycho Lilov, I make wood carvings, paintings, and sculptures from wood. In my work I depict nature, ideas and things from the past. I love working with wood, which has a calming effect on me. My ideas are to find beauty in things that we can use in everyday life, such as cabinets, tables, paintings.

I use traditional woodcarving, chisels, knives, saws, all without electrical appliances. I am inspired by sculptors like Guy Reid, carpenters Sam Maloof,  Valentin Tosuzov .
